Changed how reports are sent and saved to TechPortal. These changes allow you to customize your TechUSB reports just like the TechWARU reports.

Made TechUSB entries on the Bench look more like TechWARU entries.

Partial Reports - TechUSB will upload the report for each tool as that tool finishes so you can view a partial report on TechPortal before TechUSB is even finished!

Remote executable - You will now see an "Activate Remote Access" button on TechUSB Bench entries which enable you to push a Linux executable to that instance of TechUSB.
