We recently added a new feature that techs are absolutely loving. TechWARU now takes periodic screenshots of the machine that you’re working on and displays them on TechPortal. We had this idea a while ago, and once we got it working, we were completely stoked.

On your TechPortal dashboard, when you’re using the ‘On the Bench’ section to view the computers currently being repaired, you can see what stage TechWARU is currently on, and see a screenshot of the client’s desktop so you can know exactly whats happening. This can be particularly helpful as some tools within TechWARU require manual interaction, allowing you to know which machines you need to give a bit of extra attention.
