TechSuite Pricing Changes
Hello techs! We’re very happy to announce that we’ve changed our pricing model to make TechSuite even more affordable. For over a year, we’ve had a flat rate $49/month pricing plan for 10 technician licenses. There were a lot of disadvantages to this approach. One man operations felt the price was too high for them, and that they shouldn’t be paying the same amount as more established shops. We set out to fix this issue.
Our New, Simple, Affordable, and Growth-Friendly Pricing Model
Here’s the new pricing model: $25/month/technician. Simple right? With a lower startup cost one man operations will see a huge benefit, and the price remains the same for two-man shops. Simply add more technicians as you need them. Have over 10 techs? We’ve got bulk pricing.
What About Yearly Pricing?
You can still take advantage of yearly pricing by going to your account settings page. By paying for a whole year up front you get a 10% discount on the whole year.
What Happens to Existing Customers?
Don’t worry! You’ve automatically been grandfathered in to your current plan, so nothing will change for you if you already have an account. If you want to switch to the new pricing model, just let us know.
