TechWARU 1.4.5

New Features:

New Features:
 - New malware tool called Registry Investigator, made in partnership with Ken Dwight (The Virus Doctor).

Registry Investigator searches the registry for issues commonly introduced by malware. It will automatically fix them when possible, and simply report them for your discretion.

TechWARU 1.4.2

New Features!
- Config Syncing 

Config Syncing is a new feature that allows you to export your favorite configuation of TechWARU to your TechPortal and import it from any other instance of TechWARU. All peristent TechWARU settings, Presets, and Custom Apps will be saved so you never have to re-input them again. You can find this new import/export feature on the Options page of TechWARU in the Config settings section. Enjoy!

TechWARU 1.4.1

New Features!
- Technician Authentication

Each Technician on your account will now have their own Authentication code. No longer do you have to select which Tech is running TechWARU when it loads. Starting in v1.4.1 when you authenticate with your own code TechWARU will know which Technician you are and display this in place of the previous dropdown box. In addition to this we have added a Sign Out button on the Options page if you would like to switch Techs. Your authentication code can be found on the Downloads page of your TechPortal.

Fixes:
  • If a tool has been renamed or removed in TechWARU between version updates and that tool is saved in a Preset, TechWARU will error gracefully and continute the Tool Queue run
  • Selecting a tool in the Tool Queue now displays that tools decription in the Description box.

When a tool that toggles a setting between enabled and disabled, TechWARU prompts you to pick which action you wish to run, and what the current status of the setting is. TechWARU's 'Resume Run' feature has been improved to allow the Tech to choose to resume the run. If TechWARU is aborted during a run of tools, when it starts back up it will give the Tech the choice to resume the previous run
Fixed issue in Reports caused by TechWARU exiting during a tool run. Logs were being combined upon resuming the run instead of showing up as a new tool.

TechWARU 1.4.9

New Features: 
- New UI for the 'In Progress' page during a Queue run
- Pause button added to pause a Queue 
- TechWARU now disables Sleep/Hibernate on a computer when it starts and
resets it when it closes. This can be turned off in the Options page.

Improvements: 
- Stopping a Queue run now generates a report instead of going back to the home page
- Restore points created by TechWARU now use your Shop's custom branding to name
the restore point
- Removed text mentioning TechWARU in many areas to better convey custom branding

Bug fix: 
- Screenshots on the Techportal WorkBench now work correctly on 32-bit computers
- herdProtect no longer runs twice
- Bench/Report behavior has been fixed when TechWARU resumes run or returns from shutdown
- HitmanPro not running at all on 32bit machines do to automation error
- HijackThis should no longer prompt for EULA on 32bit machines
