Hey folks – Ian Alexander and Garrett Milster here. We’re two members of the original founding team of RepairTech (makers of TechSuite). We’re incredibly excited to announce that we’ve re-acquired TechSuite from Syncro. This is a remarkable full-circle moment for us, and we are grateful to be able to restore focus to the product. Back in 2012, we first launched TechSuite to automate the computer repair process for IT Professionals. The company grew and we eventually merged with RepairShopr in 2017, paving the way for launching Syncro. Syncro grew so fast that it became the primary focus for the company. Garrett and I worked at Syncro until 2023. We’ve since started Sacramento Labs, which will now own and operate TechSuite. Syncro gave us the opportunity to acquire TechSuite so you could enjoy an even better experience, while enabling Syncro to focus its resources on enhancing and supporting the Syncro and RepairShopr platforms.
We are so excited to chat with you all and hear what you want added/updated/fixed (we’re already fixing quite a few things behind the scenes). TechSuite is long overdue for a tech stack upgrade, a bunch of bug fixes, new default tools, UI/UX improvements, and some AI-powered functionality. We think there’s quite a bit of opportunity to make it work more seamlessly as a command-line tool for RMMs as well. But we want to hear from you! What do you want? Feel free to respond to this email with any thoughts you have, we’d love to hear from you! We will read and respond to every email.
Have a good one,
Ian Alexander and Garrett Milster
P.S. We also acquired Watchman Monitoring from Syncro. If you’re a Watchman customer, you should have already received an email about that as well.
