We’ve shipped one of the largest expansions to the TechSuite toolset in years. This update brings a major refresh to both installation tools and cleanup tools, along with several quality improvements to existing procedures.
This is part of our ongoing effort to modernize and expand the TechSuite Tool Library, and to make sure MSPs and break/fix shops have current, reliable, and comprehensive tools at their fingertips.
🚀 New Installation Tools
We’ve added 29 new install tools, covering password managers, cloud storage clients, browsers, backup tools, multimedia utilities, runtimes, and more.
New Install Tools include:
KeePass, Bitwarden, LastPass, OneDrive, Backblaze, Duplicati, Veeam Agent, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Opera, Foxit Reader, SumatraPDF, LibreOffice Fresh, LibreOffice Still, Microsoft Office Deployment, Zoom, Microsoft Teams (New Bootstrapper), Webex, Box Drive, PeaZip, Audacity, HandBrake, Malwarebytes, AnyDesk, VC Redist 140, VC Redist All, Java, Temurin 11, and .NET 8 Desktop Runtime.
This significantly expands the set of commonly used applications you can deploy with TechSuite, reducing time spent hunting down installers and keeping technicians in flow.
🧹 New Cleanup Tools
We also added 50 new cleanup tools across a wide range of applications and system utilities.
Highlights include new cleanup support for Adobe Reader, Brave, Chromium, Discord, FileZilla, GIMP, Google Earth, HexChat, LibreOffice, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Office, Opera, Paint, Skype, Slack, TeamViewer, Thunderbird, VLC, Windows Defender, Windows Media Player, WinRAR, WinZip, WordPad, Yahoo Messenger, Zoom, and many others.
These additions help technicians perform more thorough maintenance work with less manual effort.
🔧 Updated Cleanup Tools & Procedures
We updated several existing tools with new options, including:
