TechSuite integrations allow you as a tech to access TechSuite functionality from other services.
Instant Housecall‘s integration allows techs to remote into a client’s machine and immediately call down a TechSuite executable to use on that machine. Here’s a guide on how to set that integration up.
- 1) Go to IHC Admin Dashboard:Ian Alexander
2) Click the name of your Specialist, in this case “Ian Alexander”
3) Enter your TechSuite API Key and Account Email
