We launched RepairTech Online Backup almost exactly a year ago in order to help repair shops bring in additional revenue. Unfortunately we were unable to push it as hard as we would’ve liked, and therefore not many customers took advantage of it. It also became somewhat of a distraction for us, and in some cases took us away from our core products. That’s why we have decided to stop offering our Online Backup Reseller Program. Here’s how that will impact current Online Backup Resellers:
- Existing Online Backup Customers will have until July 20th, 2014 to either move their account over to SOS, or migrate their data off of SOS. If you’d like to transfer your account to SOS, please contact us at support@repairtechsolutions.com.
- We no longer will be accepting new signups for Online Backup.
- Because we’re not spending time supporting SOS, we’ll have more energy for our core products, which benefits you in the long run.
